2/ Acceptance of the T&Cs
The present T&Cs are available on the website under "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE".
When registering on the site via the Membership form, the buyer certifies that he has read and accepted these provisions in full by checking the box preceding the following text:"I accept the general conditions of sale".
SAS 1766 reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time the content of these T&Cs.
3/ Summary preamble:
Purchase of shares in SAS 1766.
Issuance of 4,000 shares with a maximum of 10 shares per participant (corporate or individual), at a price of €100 per share.
Fund raising of 400.000€
Deposit of a bank payment deposited during all the duration until obtaining the fixed amount //// The payment of the products can be made by check, transfer, Paypal or credit card. It shall take place in full as soon as the acceptance of membership has been confirmed.
Bank payment: check, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, via our website and at fairs.
Commitment by the shareholder to purchase 24 bottles per share per year at cost price on the range.
Wine prices will be fixed at the Annual General Meeting, on the proposal of the Board of Directors.
Personalisation of the bottles via labels, at your own cost
Annual allowance tacitly renewed by renewal.
One general assembly per year.
Non-transferability of the action unless otherwise agreed by the General Assembly (and/or the Membership Board).
Termination of this contract possible at any time, by both parties and by decision of the General Assembly (and/or the Membership Council).
Visibility of accounts.
Right to refuse an application via the membership council.
Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and displayed inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT and all other applicable taxes).
Subscription form to be returned to us duly completed and signed in 2 original copies, accompanied by a cheque (if you choose this method of payment) of the amount of subscribed shares, as well as a copy of proof of identity (in proof of your age) or an extract K BIS if the buyer is a legal entity. These steps can be carried out via internet with payment by bank transfer, CB or PayPal.
Purchase and subscription prohibited for children under 18.
Subscription request validated within 15 days.
Wine collection at the estate and at the wine fairs in France where we will be present.
4/ Withdrawal option:
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the confirmation of the final adhesion, to inform the seller of his withdrawal by email at château.firstname.lastname@example.org.
5/ Access to the website:
The www.chateau-belles-filles.com website provides the user with free access to the following services:
Presentation of the products he proposes.
Setting up a form-based contact system for the collaborative financing project.
The site is accessible free of charge in any place to any user with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the user's expense.

Credit card payments are secured by an online payment system with SSL standards. SAS 1766 certifies the confidentiality of your data. Only credit cards with CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. By choosing to pay by American Express the customer agrees to bear a commission of 3.25% of the total order amount (for transactions in EUR) and 2.60% of the total order amount (for transactions in GBP), corresponding to the fees charged by AMEX.
Cheques in Euros only and domiciled in France only. Addressed to the order of SAS 1766 to our head office: Les Eymaries 24240 Thénac.

By paying by PayPal, the customer agrees to bear the commission of 2% of the total amount of the order, corresponding to the fees charged by PayPal.
7/ Legal information:
By virtue of Ordinance No. 59-107 of 7 January 1959, which prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors, Law No. 74-631 of 5 July 1974, the buyer must be eighteen (18) years of age on the date of the order by notifying his date of birth. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to health. Know how to consume and enjoy it in moderation. Data processing and liberties: In application of article 27 of the law n° 78-17 of January 6,1978, the personal data provided by the customer may give rise to the exercise of the right of access and rectification with SAS 1766.
